Getting Started
I'm here to support you on your healing journey. Here's what you need to know about beginning our work together:
What Can I Expect?
You can start the process by reaching out to me directly to either ask questions (such as insurance compatibility or my current availability), or to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. I'm excited to learn about your goals and discuss how art therapy might support your healing process.
Before Our First Session:
Review and sign informed consent paperwork
Complete a brief intake questionnaire
Receive a copy of my HIPAA-compliant privacy policies
Provide insurance or billing information, depending on your payment method
Insurance FAQs
I'm an in-network provider for many insurance plans, including those listed below. Because I am credentialed through different platforms, you may see other therapist profiles for me online. If one of my profiles states that I'm "not currently accepting new patients," please reach out to me directly—I'm happy to help verify your coverage and share my current availability.

Out-of-Network Options: We can work together even if I'm not in-network with your health insurance. You can use your out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement by paying me directly and submitting the "superbill" I provide you to your insurance company. Please contact your insurance for details about your specific coverage and benefits.
My standard fee for psychotherapy services is $160.00 per 55 minute session.
If I'm not using health insurance to pay for sessions, what is the expected cost?
My standard and customary fee for psychotherapy services is $160.00 per 55 minute session.
Also, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
